Returns Policy

You may return all unopened items purchased to Wine Country Designs within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA, please contact Customer Service at 925 371-6909 before shipping back any merchandise.

All credits are made in the same manner as your original payment and within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.

Any personalized merchandise may not be returned.
