Shipping Policy

We ship by USPS Priority Mail for all orders placed within all 50 states in the U.S.

Turn around time is usually 3-5 business days. Weekends, holidays or mail transit time do not count as business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you live in Livermore, Pleasanton or Dublin, California, your items can be delivered free to your door. If you would like this free delivery option, please phone in your order to Customer Service @ 925.371.6909; contact us by email at the link provided above or fax your order to 925.292.5820.

Transit times may vary, but will generally be from 3-5 business days. If you need more detailed information or have a special shipping request, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you!

The current shipping rates are as follows:

$0 - $23.99 = $5.95 shipping
$24 - $49.99 = $6.95 shipping
$50 - $74.99 = $9.95 shipping
$75 - $99.99 = $12.95 shipping
$100 - $149.99 = $14.95 shipping
$150 - $199.99 = $16.95 shipping
$200 - $299.99 = $18.95 shipping
$400 & up * = $24.95 shipping

*If your order exceeds a 15 lb shipping weight, these rates may not apply. However, you will be informed of the actual shipping costs before your order is processed and before your card is charged.

Wine Country Designs will ship packages internationally. The minimum order is $50 for all international orders. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange for international shipping.
